My Story
My health journey started when our daughter was 6 months old – about 14 years ago…
It started with a fairly innocent looking rash but soon progressed into full blown chronic urticaria (hives). I saw all manner of doctors & therapists, both Western & Eastern medicine but to no avail. In desperation, I spoke to a medical medium who revealed I had autoimmune issues – I also saw the city’s top allergist who also confirmed autoimmunity so I knew I was on the right track..hours of googling later, the universe led me to a book ‘The Paleo Approach – How to reverse autoimmune disease’ – some HOPE finally!!
The AIP diet (autoimmune protocol) helped but I went on to have a few more bouts of chronic hives and angioedema over the years when I resumed my usual diet. I decided to cut gluten & dairy completely to give my body a better chance to heal & also worked on my gut health. In addition to gut issues, I discovered I also had high levels of mycotoxins due to mold exposure. There has been a lot to work on in my physical body but I have learned how important it is to focus on your mental & emotional state when healing a chronic illness.
During this period, I also battled with secondary infertility & loss.
My mission
I sincerely believe that I’ve been on this journey of healing and discovery so that I can help other women navigate their journey to better health. This is clear to me now that I am through the worst. There were some pretty bleak and lonely times when I really felt like no one understood what I was going through & feeling. And so, my wish is to support and guide you on reaching your health goals – whether it be fertility, menopause, skin issues, weight loss, stress management, thyroid health & more..I’ve been there & I understand – you will be heard and I will give my all to help you.

What is a health coach?
Health coaches have a working knowledge of diet, lifestyle & nutrition. They work alongside their clients to clear the way for success in reaching their goals. They help clients build new habits for lasting change. They are a catalyst for transformation.
How does health coaching work?
At the beginning of the program, we will work with the Circle of Life tool which indicates any inbalances in the clients life. But of course, the sessions are organic so we can address whatever needs to be addressed on that particular day..if there are any blocks or resistance, we can work on that as well to figure out the ‘whys’ so that lasting change is achievable
How much does the 6 month program cost?
The cost for a 45 min consultation is HK$600. If you decide to sign up to a 6 month program (12 sessions), the cost per session is $400. A 3 month program (6 sessions) will be $500 per session. Should you decide to work with me, the consultation fee will be waived. One month programs are also an option to begin with but I would recommend working together longer in order to implement new habits, sustain them & notice changes.
How long before I see results?
It really depends. Some clients will notice a difference after a simple change but others may take longer. Commitment & consistency are also key to noticing changes in how you feel.
Can you help with meal planning?
Yes! I can help with healthier breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas.
My pantry needs a make over - can you help?
Yes! One of your sessions can be spent overhauling your pantry with healthier alternatives. As a bonus, my favourite health food shop will offer my clients 5% off every purchase including cooking classes eg gluten free breakfast recipes, low sugar desserts etc…

My teenage daughter has had eczema for many years. I contacted Candice as she has healed herself from years of chronic hives through diet & lifestyle & the use of a variety of healing modalities. Candice made some dietary suggestions & provided menu ideas – she took us to her favourite health food shop to teach us about gluten, dairy and soy alternatives for cooking. She also recommended my daughter see a naturopath for a GI map analysis. Candice also explained the importance of incorporating a better breathing practice to help lower stress levels in the lead up to exams, which in turn would also support the body’s own healing abilities.
